This concise notice covers technical data processed when you use the HRAMN website and information you provide when contacting us directly.

2. Website delivery and server logs
When the website is delivered, the server technically processes and may log the IP address, time and address of the request, response status, browser identifier and any referrer sent by the browser.

- Legal basis
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
- Recipient
- The Hungary-based hosting and infrastructure provider.
- Retention
- Until required for operational, troubleshooting or security purposes, followed by deletion or anonymisation.
The website cannot be delivered without this technical data.
3. Cookies and local storage
The website's own code does not use conventional cookies, audience analytics or advertising trackers.
When you choose a theme, the browser stores light, dark or system under the themePreference key. It is used only to remember the requested appearance, contains no identifier and does not leave the browser.
The setting remains until changed or until you delete this website's data in your browser.
4. External map and technical services
On pages that use a map or an external software library, your browser sends the provider the IP address, request time and technical details, the requested resource URL and, for map tiles, the area of the map being viewed. The website does not send your name, e-mail address or form data to these providers.

Global provider networks may process requests outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Their retention periods and safeguards for international transfers are described in the provider notices linked above.
5. Contacting us
The website has no contact form that submits data. If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the information you voluntarily provide in order to respond.

- Until the matter is closed, and subsequently only while required for a legal claim or statutory obligation.
Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details.
6. What we do not do
We do not profile visitors, make automated decisions, process data for advertising or offer newsletter subscriptions.
Data entered into the calculators or the sample fields in the Record Generator manual is not submitted by the website; calculations run in your browser.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, exercise the right to data portability. Send your request to iroda@ecomosaic.hu. We will respond without undue delay, normally within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu. You also have the right to seek a judicial remedy.
